Research

1. Long-distance wireless power deliver for gastrointestinal tract stimulator

Development of wireless power deliver and power management modules for gastrointestinal tract battery-free stimulator.

2. Energy harvesting interface for battery-free/battery-assisted internet of things

Development an energy harvesting interface to manage energy from different transducers (photovoltaic cell, thermoelectric generator, piezo-electric generator, bio-fuel) and provide regulated output voltages with high conversion efficiency.

3. High-voltage high-frequency gate driver for emerging devices (GaN, SiC)

Development of soft-switching, high-frequency CMOS gate driver for the emerging high-voltage high-power devices such as GaN and SiC, for automotive electronics applications.

4. Low-voltage low-power integrated circuits

Development of low-voltage (sub-0.5V) integrated circuits including analog circuits and digital circuits for low power consumption and high energy efficiency.
